Fondow earned nine career National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III All-America honors for the track & field team, including four in the long jump at the indoor national championships. She placed second in 2006 and 2009 and third in 2007 and 2008. Fondow earned five outdoor All-America accolades, placing fourth in the long jump and seventh in the triple jump in 2007. She picked up three honors at the 2009 outdoor championships, finishing second in the long and triple jump and fifth as a member of the 4x100-meter relay.

Earning eight career top-six finishes at the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Indoor Championships, Fondow won two (2007, 2008) long jump crowns. She was second in the long jump twice (2006, 2009) and had four top-six finishes in the triple jump, including second (2009). Fondow captured four WIAC Outdoor titles, including the long jump (2007), triple jump (2009) and as a member of the 4x100-meter relay (2007, 2009). She had five other top-four finishes at the outdoor championships, including second in the long jump (2008, 2009) and triple jump (2007).

Named to the 2009 All-WIAC Sportsmanship Team, Fondow was a four-time WIAC Athlete of the Week selection.

A member of four teams to place in the top-seven at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships, Fondow was on the Eagles' second-place team in 2009, fourth in 2007, tied for fourth in 2008 and seventh in 2006. UWL placed third at the 2009 NCAA III Championships and eighth in 2006. She was a member of three WIAC Indoor and Outdoor Championship teams (2007-09).

Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Fondow earned her bachelor's degree in recreational therapy from UWL in 2009. She was a four-time member of the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll.
