UWL Athletics is a nationally recognized, comprehensive athletic program based upon the total development of the student-athlete byuniquely fostering the student-athletes’ overall growth. UWL routinely displays national competitive prominence, academic success, and community impact. In line with the NCAA Division III Philosophy, UWL Athletics seeks to establish and maintain an environment in which student-athlete’s activities are conducted as an integral part of the student-athlete’s educational experience and coaches play a significant role as educators. Our number one goal is to provide a positive, rewarding, impactful, collegiate athletic experience for student-athletes that is inextricably linked to the educational mission of the university.
