Litchfield, Ariz. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse golf team finished 10th at the SMSU Classic hosted by Southwest Minnesota State University at Wigwam Resort.
THE BASICS
Results: UWL finished 110h place (345, 335 - 680) as Nebraska Kearney and Illinois Wesleyan University tied for first with a 603. In third place was Southwest Oklahoma State with a 607 while Minnesota State finished fourth (613) and Westmont College fifth (618).

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Leading the Eagles was Haley Thoeny who finished 30th with a two round score of 162 (87, 75).
- Next for the Eagles was Allie McBryde in 50th with a total score of 171 (86,85) while Allison Balduzzi finished three spots back with a 173 (88, 85).
- After shooting an 84 on Monday, Lauren Ambrookian shot a 92 to finish with a 176 (56).
- Finally for the Eagles was Kiya Bronston with a two round total of 182 (92, 90).
- Also play for the Eagles second team was Nora Gogin (87, 83 - 170), Gabriella Matzek (85, 86 - 171), Madeline Trannel (90, 86 - 176), Lucy Nielsen (93, 87 - 180) and Regan Hermanson (108, 103 - 211).
