Maloney, Schiltz, Hendrick and Feeney earn their second career all-conference honor. Maloney was a 2024 All-WIAC Honorable Mention selection while Schiltz and Hendrick were both named to the first team. Feeney was a second team choice a year ago.

It is the second all-conference team in league history. The WIAC added lacrosse as a varsity sport in 2024 with full-time members UWL, UW-Eau Claire, UW-River Falls, UW-Stevens Point and UW-Stout, along with affiliate members Augsburg University (Minn.), Colorado College, Hamline University (Minn.), College of Saint Benedict (Minn.), and Southwestern University (Texas).
Starting all 17 games this season, Maloney finished second for UWL in points (61), goals (45), assists (16), draw controls (77), shots (98) and shots on goal (80). She ranked third on the team in ground balls (32) and tied for third in caused turnovers (13). Maloney recorded multiple goals in 12 games this season with two assists in six different contests.
She had a season-high six goals and 10 draw controls versus Augsburg University (Minn) on April 16. Maloney finished with five goals and two assists against Southwestern University (Texas) on April 25. She recorded at least five draw controls in nine games and at least three ground balls in four different games.
Schiltz started all 17 games, leading UWL in goals (55), assists (20), points (75), shots (110), shots on goal (91) and free position goals (16). She scored a goal in all 17 games with a season-high five versus Carthage College (Wis.) on March 1, Aurora University (Ill.) on March 15, Carroll University (Wis.) on March 22 and Augsburg (Minn.).
Kaley Hendrick
Finishing with at least six shots in nine games, Schiltz had a season-high four assists against Augsburg (Minn.). She ranks second in the WIAC in goals per game (3.24), third in points (4.41), fourth in shots (6.47) and 10th in assists (1.18).
A starter in all 17 games, Hendrick scored goals versus Augsburg (Minn.) on April 16 and Hamline University (Minn.) on April 26. She had a season-high five ground balls versus Aurora (Ill.) and recorded a season-best three caused turnovers against Carthage (Wis.). Hendrick helped the defense allow 9.94 goals per game and .439 free position percentage.
Gretchen McCann
Hendrick was also named the 2025 WIAC Judy Kruckman Scholar Athlete. A communications major with a digital media & design minor, Hendrick has a 3.73 cumulative grade point average. She was named to the 2023-24 WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll and has been a member of UWL's Dean's List six semesters.
McCann also started all 17 games this season, recording four assists and five shots. She had 22 ground balls with a season-high three against Aurora (Ill.) and Carroll (Wis.). McCann also finished with nine caused turnovers.
She had four assists this year, finishing with three at UW-Stevens Point on April 9. McCann also had an assist at Illinois Wesleyan University on March 6. She helped the Eagles to their first shutout in school history versus Augsburg (Minn.). UWL held five different opponents to five or fewer goals.
Feeney started 13 games in 2025, leading UWL in man-up goals (9). She ranked third on the team in points (45), goals (39) and free-position goals (5). She set a single-game school record with nine goals at Augsburg (Minn.) while tying the single-game school record of 10 points.

She finished with at least three goals in eight games with at least one assist in five contests. Feeney had five goals at UW-Eau Claire on April 23. She had a season-high three ground balls and two caused turnovers in three different games. Feeney ranks third in the WIAC in goals per game (3.00).
Brilz started all 17 games for the Eagles, ranking second on the team in man-up goals (4). She was third for UWL in assists (12) and shots on goal (50). Brilz had a season-high four goals and three assists against Edgewood (Wis.) on March 12 while recording multiple goals in 10 games. She finished with three ground balls versus Colorado College on May 2 and Saint Benedict (Minn.) on May 3.

The WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team is chosen for individuals that displayed exemplary sportsmanship throughout the season. It includes one member from each school.
UWL finished 10-7 overall and 6-3 in the WIAC this season under first-year head coach
Nick Anagnostis. The Eagles finished tied for fourth in the league standings while advancing to the conference tournament. The 10 victories are the third-most in school history.
