Madison, Wis. – Four members of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's tennis team have earned 2025-26 All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) honors, the league office announced Thursday.

Tasha Bailey of
Wausau (West) and junior
Shelby Roth of
Neenah (H.S.) were voted to the All-WIAC First Team Singles and First Team Doubles. Bailey was also selected the WIAC Player of the Year.
Junior
Lauren Lindow of
East Troy (H.S.) was named to the All-WIAC Sportsmanship Team.

Bill Hehli was voted the WIAC Coach of the Year.
Bailey is 16-4 in singles this year, including 13-3 in duals. She is 11-3 at No. 1 singles and 2-0 at No 2. Bailey advanced to the quarterfinals at this year's Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Midwest Regional.
Compiling an overall doubles record of 23-5 this season, Bailey is the third player in school history to be named the WIAC Player of the Year, joining Bridget Bellissimo (2017-18) and Kimberly Steinert (2020-21; 2021-22). Bailey and Roth are 18-5 in doubles this year, including 13-4 at No. 1. The duo went 4-1 in WIAC matches. Bailey and
Lily Jorgenson won the No. 1 doubles flight at the WIAC Invitational, earning the league's Doubles Team of the Week honors.
Bailey earned 2021 All-WIAC First Team Singles honors at No. 2 and All-WIAC Second Team Doubles with Kaitlyn Kalinka at No. 2. Bailey also was also a 2023 All-WIAC Second Team in Doubles at No. 2 with Lindow.
Bailey has been named the WIAC Singles Player of the Week three times in her career.
Named to the 2025-26 All-WIAC First Team in Singles, Roth is 16-7 on the season, including 14-6 in duals. She is 5-1 at No. 1 singles and 9-5 at No. 2 while going 4-1 in WIAC duals. Roth was second at No. 1 singles at the WIAC Invitational and went 2-1 at the ITA Midwest Regional. She was voted the WIAC Singles Player of the Week this year after straight victories over UW-Stout, UW-Eau Claire and Hamline University (Minn.).
Lauren Lindow
Bailey and Roth were selected the WIAC Doubles Team of the Week three times this season and have four in their career. The duo is 18-5 in doubles, winning the No. 1 flight at the UW-Whitewater Warhawk Invitational and going 2-1 at the ITA Midwest Regional. Bailey and Roth are 13-4 in duals this year. They earned 2024 All-WIAC Second Team honors at No. 1 doubles.
Roth was a 2024 All-WIAC First Team selection at No. 2 singles and 2023 all-conference second team at No. 1 doubles with
Hannah Cady.
It is Lindow's third straight All-WIAC Sportsmanship Team award. She is 19-6 in singles this season, including 17-4 in duals. Lindow is 4-0 at No. 2, 4-1 at No. 3, 4-3 at No. 4 and 5-0 at No. 5. She is 5-1 in doubles this year.
She was second at No. 2 singles at the UW-Whitewater Warhawk Invitational and third at No. 3 singles at the WIAC Invitational this season. Selected the 2023 WIAC Newcomer of the Year, Lindow earned 2024 All-WIAC Second Team honors at No. 3 singles.
Hehli, in his 31st season as head coach of the UWL women's and men's teams, earns the WIAC Women's Coach of the Year Award for the seventh time (2000, 2005, 2012, 2017, 2020, 2024, 2025) in his career.
Bill Hehli is the WIAC all-time leader in women's victories.
Inducted into the UWL Wall of Fame in 2017, Hehli is 476-147 (.764) as the women's head coach. The all-time leader in wins in WIAC history, he has led UWL to four (2003, 2005, 2006, 2025) WIAC women's championships, including this year. The Eagles earned an automatic bid to the 2026 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Championships with a 4-3 victory over UW-Whitewater in the WIAC Tournament Championship match on April 25.
UWL will be making its third (2001, 2007, 2026) national tournament appearance with a first round match versus UW-Superior on May 8 at Gustavus Adolphus College (Minn.).
The Eagles are 20-2 this season, tied for third-most wins in single-season school history. UWL won a school record 21 matches in 2010-11 and 2011-12, finishing 21-5 each year. Finishing 6-0 in conference duals this year, UWL claimed its 16th league title in school history and first since 2006. The Eagles finished undefeated in conference duals for the third time in school history (2005, 2006, 2025).
The men's squad is 388-237 (.621) under Hehli, who has compiled an overall record of 864-384 (.692) at UWL.
