La Crosse, Wis. – Four members of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's tennis team have been named to the 2025-26 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Academic All-District® Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators (CSC), the organization announced Tuesday.

Mondovi (H.S.) picked up the academic accolades.
It is the second straight CSC Academic All-District® honor for Cady, Lindow and Samuelson. Cady, Lindow and Samuelson have been members of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Scholastic Honor Roll the last two seasons.
Cady, Lindow, Samuelson and Stadter are all members of UWL's Dean's List.
A political science major and business administration minor with a 3.53 grade point average, Cady went 15-4 in singles this season, including 13-3 in duals. She was 6-0 in Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) duals. Cady was 2-0 at No. 3 and No. 5 singles while finishing 9-3 at No. 6.
Cady was 26-4 in doubles in 2025-26, including 13-1 with
Lily Jorgenson and 11-3 with Samuelson. Cady/Samuelson won the No. 2 doubles flight at the WIAC Invitational and placed second at No. 2 doubles at the UW-Whitewater Warhawk Invitational.
Majoring in sport management and minoring in business administration with a 4.00 cumulative grade point average, Lindow finished 21-7 in singles. She went 17-4 in duals, including 5-1 in the WIAC. Lindow was 4-0 at No. 2 singles, 4-1 at No. 3, 4-3 at No. 4 and 5-0 at No. 5.
She won the No. 3 singles flight at the WIAC Invitational and placed second at No. 2 singles at the UW-Whitewater Warhawk Invitational.
Finishing 5-1 in doubles, Lindow and
Zoe Klicker placed second in the No. 2 doubles flight at the Midwest Invitational.
Lindow was named to the All-WIAC Sportsmanship Team for the third straight season.
A biological sciences major and chemistry with a 3.55 grade point average, Samuelson finished 9-1 in singles, including 8-0 in duals. She was 2-0 at No. 4 and No. 5 and 4-0 at No. 6. Samuelson went 2-0 in league duals.
Samuelson was 23-5 in doubles, including 11-3 with Cady. The duo won the No. 2 doubles flight at the WIAC Invitational and placed second at No. 2 doubles at the UW-Whitewater Warhawk Invitational.
Stadter is a nuclear medicine technology major with a 4.00 grade point average. She was 21-10 in singles, including 14-7 in duals and 5-0 in the WIAC. Stadter finished 1-0 at No. 1 singles, 2-0 at No. 2, 8-7 at No. 3 and 3-0 at No. 4. She advanced to the quarterfinals at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Midwest Regional and placed second at No. 2 singles at the WIAC Invitational.
She finished 20-3 in doubles, including 11-2 with Samuelson and 9-1 with
Lily Jorgenson. Stadter/Jorgenson advanced to the quarterfinals at the ITA Midwest Regional.
UWL, ranked 28th in the ITA, tied its single-season school record with 21 wins this season, finishing 21-3 overall. The Eagles went 21-5 in 2010-11 and 2011-12.
UWL earned one of 37 automatic bids to the NCAA Division III Championships with a 4-3 victory over UW-Whitewater in the WIAC Tournament Championship match on April 25.
Making its third appearance in school history in the NCAA Division III Championships and first since 2007, the Eagles earned a 4-0 first round victory over UW-Superior in this year's national tournament before a 4-0 loss at 19th-ranked Gustavus Adolphus College (Minn.) in the second round.
Finishing 6-0 in conference duals this year, UWL claimed its 16th league title in school history and first since 2006. The Eagles finished undefeated in conference duals for the third time in school history (2005, 2006, 2025).

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Tennis Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes tennis honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 2, 2026.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
