Prescott, Wis. - With six individuals finishing among the top 10, the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse golf team finished second and third at the Falcon Invite hosted by UW-River Falls, held Saturday and Sunday at Clifton Highlands Golf Club.Â

HOW IT HAPPENED
- As a team, UWL finished second in the six school, nine team tournament with a two-day total of 661 (327-334), two strokes behind Invite champion UW-Stout (324, 335).Â
- Nora Cerroni led the Eagles with a two-day total of 161 (79-82) for third place while Andrea Schleeper was fourth with a total of 164 (83-81).
- Allison Balduzzi (83-85) and Sophie Denure (82-86) tied for fifth with a 168.
- Erin Rosencrantz tied for 16th with a 176 (86-90).Â
- UWL's B-team was led by Claire Kelbel who finished tied for fifth with a 168 (84-84) while Grace Ellison was 10th with a 172 (89-83).Â
- Haley Thoeny finished 13th with a 174 (89-85) and Jenna Wiebke was tied for 14th with a 175 (91-84) while Lauren Ambrookian was 31st with a 190 (98-92).
- Playing as individuals for the Eagles was Kiya Bronston (T-16th, 86-90--176), Abby DeMoe (T-20th, 94-86--180) and Allie McBryde (25th, 99-85--184).Â
