UW-L Eagle Open Results

La Crosse, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's track & field squad hosted the UW-L Eagle Open Friday night at Roger Harring Stadium at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex. No team scores were recorded.

UW-L's 4x100-meter relay of Kailey Charlton, Hannah Mueller, Maggie May and Laurel Beck won with an NCAA Division III provisional qualifying time of 47.57.

The Eagles also won the 4x400-meter relay with a provisional time of 3:53.90.

Mueller was second in the 100-meter dash (12.64) while Lauren Seidl was third in the 200-meter dash (26.07).

In the field events, Charlton was second (18-4 1/4) and Leeanne Nowicki third (17-10 3/4) in the long jump while May finished third in the triple jump (36-1 1/4).

Kayla Ashland placed third (5-1 3/4) and Megan Marfilius fourth (5-1 3/4) in the high jump.

UW-L returns to action Thursday, May 19 hosting the UW-L Qualifier at 4 p.m.
