Whitewater, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's tennis team fell, 4-2, to UW-Whitewater Friday afternoon in UWL's regular season finale.
The Eagles drop to 14-6 overall and 2-1 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) while the Warhawks improve to 11-7 overall and 3-0 in the conference.
With the win, UW-Whitewater will host the WIAC Tournament Championship match on Saturday, May 2 versus the top-seed from the East Division.

Aiden Meixl defeated UW-Whitewater's Gavin Kelleher/Charles Morgan at No. 2 doubles (6-0).
The Warhawks earned the dual victory with three wins in singles play. Billson defeated Schneider at No. 1 (6-1, 6-1) while Michaels beat
Luke Hinchcliffe at No. 4 (6-7, 6-3, 6-3) and Moeller defeated
Brady Horstmann at No. 6 (6-3, 4-6, 6-2).
UWL won a pair of singles matches. Meixl defeated Morgan at No. 2 (6-1, 7-5) and
Kyle Hehli defeated Andrew Dumbauld at No. 3 (7-6, 0-6, 6-0).
The match at No. 5 singles between Contardi and Kelleher was not finished due to UW-Whitewater securing the team victory.
