Duluth, Minn. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's tennis team improved to 14-5 with a 7-0 victory over The College of St. Scholastica (Minn.) Sunday at the Longview Tennis Club.
The Saints drop to 9-5.
UWL earned the doubles point, winning two of the three matches.

Jack Hehli defeated Eamon Gerrard-Stace/Mateo Torre at No. 1 doubles (6-4) while

Tyler Schneider beat Andy Shaffer/Timon Herrmann at No. 3 (6-3). The Saints' Dane Patten/Finn Schulze-Topphoff picked up the victory at No. 2 doubles (7-6) over the Eagles'
Kyle Hehli/
Aiden Meixl.
The Eagles swept the six singles matches. Schneider defeated Torre at No. 1 (6-0, 6-4) while Meixl beat Schulze-Topphoff at No. 2 (6-3, 6-1).
Kyle Hehli earned the victory at No. 3 (6-1, 6-3) over Torres with Contardi defeating Harper Dircks at No. 4 (7-6, 6-1).
Luke Hinchcliffe won at No. 5 singles (6-1, 4-6, 10-5) against Jose Naranjo and
Brady Horstmann defeated Drew Anderson at No. 6 (6-1, 6-0).
UWL returns to action Friday, April 17 at UW-Whitewater at 3 p.m.
