Cedar Rapids, Iowa - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's tennis team split a pair of duals Saturday in the Clark Racquet Center.
The Eagles earned a 6-1 win over Cornell College (Iowa) before falling 6-1 to host Coe College (Iowa). UWL is now 7-1 on the season.
In the win over Cornell (Iowa), UWL swept all three doubles matches.

Tyler Schneider earned the win at No. 1 doubles (6-3),
Brady Horstmann/
Luke Hinchcliffe at No. 2 (6-4) and
Alex Aranda/Cole Contardi at No. 3 (won by retirement).
The Eagles won five of the six singles matches.
Aiden Meixl earned the victory at No. 1 singles (6-4, 6-2) while
Kyle Hehli won at No. 2 (6-1, 6-2) and Hinchliffe at No. 3 (6-3, 6-2).
Horstmann won at No. 4 singles (6-2, 6-1) and
Jack Hehli at No. 6 (6-2, 6-0).
Coe (Iowa) won all three doubles matches in its dual victory over UWL.
Hinchcliffe earned UWL's lone win in singles at No. 5 (2-6, 7-5, 10-8).
UWL returns to action Saturday, February 14 with two matches in Decorah, Iowa. The Eagles face Loras College (Iowa) at 2 p.m. and Luther College (Iowa) at 6 p.m.
