UW-La Crosse Schedule of Events
La Crosse, Wis. - Twenty-two members of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's track & field team are set to compete at the 2025 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships scheduled for Thursday-Saturday, May 22-24 at SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio. The North Coast Athletic Conference and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission are hosting the championships. This year marks the 43rd outdoor track & field championship in NCAA Division III history.
UWL placed second at the 2024 NCAA III Championships in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Eagles finished with 47.5 team points while Washington University in St. Louis (Mo.) captured the national title with 71.0.
It was UWL's sixth (1986, 1993, 1997, 2021, 2022, 2024) national runner-up finish and 20th in the top-four. The Eagles have recorded 32 top-10 finishes at the NCAA III Championships in 42 appearances.
UWL has won four (1983, 1984, 2015, 2023) NCAA Division III Outdoor titles. The Eagles won the Association of Intercollegiate Athletic for Women (AIAW) title in 1982.
The Eagles have crowned 22 individual outdoor national champions in school history. UWL has won four 4x400-meter relay national titles (1989, 1997, 2013, 2014) and three 4x100-meter relay crowns (2013, 2014, 2024).
With entries in 12 events at this year's national meet, UWL has multiple student-athletes in five events.
Lauren Jarrett is the top-seed in the 100-meter dash and the second-seed in the 200-meter dash heading into this year's NCAA III Championships. She is also a member of UWL's 4x100-meter relay with
Julie Yang,
Anika Reiland and
Makenna Zak. The relay is seeded second.
Jarrett has earned six career NCAA III Outdoor All-America honors, including winning the 100 and 200-meter dash a year ago. She placed second in the 100 and 200-meter dash in 2023. Jarrett was on the national champion 4x100-meter relay last season with Zak, Reiland and
Taylor Molling. Jarrett was also on the second-place 4x100-meter relay in 2023 with
Bella Seitz, Emma Lawrence and Emily Dawidowich. Reiland and Zak each have one career outdoor All-America award with last year's national title in the 4x100-meter relay.
Amber Grosse and
Alexys Scheuerell are both entered in the heptathlon for this year's NCAA III Championships.
UWL has a pair of runners in the 10,000-meter run with
Lucile Duchac and
Madelynn McIntyre while
Becca Immer and
Katelyn Chadwick are both entered in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
Regan Scott is qualified in the 100-meter hurdles.
Along with the 4x100-meter relay, UWL's 4x400-meter relay is seeded-third with
Anna Plautz,
Alli Thomas,
Morgan Jennings and
Macy Reybrock. Jennings earned All-America honors as a member of the fourth-place relay in 2023.
Maya Evans is entered in the long and triple jump this season while
Mackenzey Kronberg joins her in the triple jump. Evans finished second in the long jump last season to earn All-America accolades.
UWL placed second at the 2024 NCAA III Outdoor Championships.
The Eagles have three entries in the pole vault, including
Araceli De Leo Lopez,
Madison Habberstad and Marissa Harvey. De Leo Lopez is seeded ninth and Habberstad fifth in the meet. De Leo Lopez was an NCAA III All-America last season with an eighth-place finish.

Nickolas Davis, in his eighth season as UWL's head coach, led the Eagles to a sweep of the 2023 NCAA III Indoor and Outdoor Championships. UWL placed second at the 2021, 2022 and 2024 outdoor championships under Davis and second at the 2022 indoor meet.
He has led UWL to seven straight (2018-19, 2021-25) Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Outdoor Championships. The Eagles have won six (2018, 2020, 2022-25) indoor conference championships. The 2020 outdoor meet and 2021 indoor championships were not held due to the COVID-19 public health threat.
Davis was selected the 2023 USTFCCCA National Indoor and Outdoor Coach of the Year. He has been named the USTFCCCA North Region Indoor Coach of the Year (2020, 2023) and Outdoor Coach of the Year (2021, 2023).
Action starts at 11:30 a.m. (Central Time) on Thursday, May 22 and 10 a.m. (Central) on Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24. The top-eight finishers in each event earn NCAA Division III All-America honors. The top-22 times/marks in the individual events along with the top-16 relays teams in the nation qualified for the national championships.
UWL will host the 2026 NCAA Division III Championships on May 21-23 at Roger Harring Stadium at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex. It will mark the fifth time (1986, 1997, 2013, 2018, 2026) that UWL will host the outdoor national championships.
