Eau Claire, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's tennis team improved to 7-11 overall and 1-2 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) with a 8-1 win over SUNY Oneonta Saturday afternoon at the John & Fay Menard YMCA Tennis Center. SUNY Oneonta drops to 5-8 overall and 0-1 in the conference.

Maverick Kulmaczewski (#3) sweeping the matches.Â
The Eagles took five of the six singles matches with victories from Moore (#1), Maher (#3), Unger (#4), Dillon (#5) and Kulmaczewski (#6).Â
It is UWL's first NJAC win in school history after joining the league in 2019-20. The 2020 conference season was canceled due to the COVID-19 public health threat. UWL went 0-2 in the NJAC in 2021.
