Superior, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's tennis team earned its third straight win with a 6-3 victory over UW-Superior Sunday afternoon at the Yellowjackets Outdoor Tennis Complex. The Eagles improve to 5-1 on the season while the Yellowjackets drop to 3-2.
UWL took two of the three doubles matches to start the dual as

Riley Peterson defeated Michael Janes/Gergo Potz Nagy at No. 1 doubles (8-2) and
Cole Contardi/
Sam Diedrich beat Carter LaMont/Gavin Mangan at No. 3 doubles (8-1).
The Eagles won four of the six singles matches as
Alex Alt (No. 1), Diedrich (No. 4),
Joshua Williams (No. 5) and Parish (No. 6) earned victories. Alt defeated Janes at No. 1 singles (4-6, 7-6, 1-0) while Diedrich earned the victory over Jacob Zacharias at No. 4 (6-3, 6-1).
Williams defeated LaMont at No. 5 singles (7-6, 6-0) and Parish beat Lorenzo Silva at No. 6 (6-1, 6-2).
