Rochester, Minn. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's tennis team team extended its winning streak to four with an 8-1 victory over College of St. Scholastica (Minn.) Saturday night at the Rochester Tennis Connection. The Eagles improve to 5-2 on the season while the Saints drop to 0-3.
With the win, UWL's
Bill Hehli earned his 300th career victory as head coach. Hehli, in his 23rd season as UWL's head coach, is 300-173 (.634) as the men's head coach.Â
He is also 354-112 (.760) in 23 years as the women's tennis coach for a combined record of 654-285 (.696).
UWL swept the three doubles matches and took five of the six singles matches.
