"This was a great opening weekend for UWL volleyball," said Hallock. "Even better than going 4-0 was watching the team play as a cohesive unit so early in the season. They are doing a wonderful job communicating on and off the court and it's helping to produce some good volleyball on our side of the net.
This is a well balanced team that can rely on a lot of athletes for both offense and defense, which is important in a four-match weekend," added Hallock.
UWL returns to action Wednesday, September 7 at Luther College (Iowa) at 7 p.m.
