La Crosse, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's tennis team extended its winning streak to six straight with a 6-3 victory over UW-Eau Claire Friday afternoon at Veterans Courts. The Eagles improve to 14-4 on the season while the Blugolds drop to 12-8. UW-Eau Claire entered the dual ranked 20th in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Central Region.
It is UW-L's first win over UW-Eau Claire since 2011, snapping a three-match losing streak in the series.
