La Crosse, Wis. - Five members of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's cross country and track & field teams have been named to the 2026 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Academic All-District® Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators (CSC), the organization announced.

It marks the second straight year Grosse earned Academic All-District® honors.
A double major in English: Writing & Rhetoric and political science, Duchac maintains a 3.85 cumulative grade point average. She has been a member of UWL's Dean's List five semesters and is a three-year member of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Scholastic Honor Roll.
She earned 2025 All-WIAC Cross Country First Team honors after finishing fourth at the league championships. Duchac also earned NCAA Division III All-North Region accolades with a second-place finish. Named to the 2025 All-WIAC Sportsmanship Team, Duchac was 135th at the NCAA Division III Championships.
On the track, she earned 2026 All-WIAC Third Team honors in the 5,000-meter run at the indoor conference championships and third team accolades in the 10,000meter run at the outdoor meet.
Grosse is a biology major with a 3.85 grade point average. She has been a member of UWL's Dean's List and U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Academic Team four years. A three-year member of the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll, Grosse has been a member of the National Honor Society each fall and spring semester.
A 2026 team captain, Grosse captured the pentathlon title at the 2026 WIAC Indoor Championship to be named an all-conference first team selection. She placed fourth in the pentathlon at the 2026 NCAA Division III Championships to earn All-America accolades. Grosse was a 2026 USTFCCCA Indoor All-North Region choice in the 60-meter hurdles.
Grosse set a school record in the heptathlon with 5,190 points at the Esten Challenge on April 17-18. She won the heptathlon at the 2024 WIAC Championships to earn All-WIAC First Team honors. Grosse was an NCAA Division III Second Team All-America in the heptathlon in 2025 after finishing 10th.
She earned 2026 USTFCCCA Outdoor All-North Region accolades in the 100-meter hurdles, long jump and heptathlon.
Majoring in exercise sport science with a 3.73 cumulative grade point average, Kronberg has been a member of UWL's Dean's List for seven semesters. She has been on the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll the last three years. Named to the USTFCCCA Academic Team two times, Kronberg is a member of the Wisconsin Nu Chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma National Collegiate Athlete Honor Society.
She earned 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor All-America honors with a fifth-place finish in the triple jump at the national championships. Kronberg was also a 2026 USTFCCCA Indoor All-North Region selection in the triple jump. She ranked third regionally and 11th nationally in the triple jump.
At the 2026 NCAA III Outdoor Championships, Kronberg earned Second Team All-America accolades in the triple jump with a 10th-place finish. She was a USTFCCCA All-North Region selection in the triple jump. Kronberg ranked second regionally and 10th nationally in the triple jump.
Majoring in psychology with a 3.87 grade point average, Immer has been on the Dean's List for six semesters and a USTFCCCA Academic All-America in cross country and track & field. She has been a member of the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll for two seasons.
Immer earned 2025 All-WIAC Second Team honors after finishing 11th at the league championships. She was named to the 2025 NCAA Division III All-North Region with a 10th-place finish at the regional championships.
On the track, Immer was a member of UWL's fourth-place distance medley relay at the 2026 NCAA III Championships to earn All-America honors. She garnered 2026 USTFCCCA All-North Region awards in the distance medley relay.
She placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the 2026 WIAC Outdoor Championships, earning all-conference second team honors. Immer was a 2026 NCAA III Second Team All-America in the 3,00-meter steeplechase with an 11th-place finish. She earned USTFCCCA All-North honors in the event. Immer ranked second regionally and 13th nationally in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. She was also ninth regionally in the 1,500-meter run and 14th in the 5,000-meter run.
An exercise sport science major with a 3.80 grade point average, Novotny has been on UWL's Dean's List each semester. She is a two-year member of the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll.
Novotny finished 11th at the 2025 WIAC Cross Country Championships, earning all-conference second team honors. She won the 5,000-meter run at the 2026 WIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships to be an all-conference first team selection. She joined Immer on the fourth-place distance medley relay at the NCAA III Indoor Championships to earn All-America laurels. Novotny was an USTFCCCA All-North Region recipient in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter run and 4x400-meter relay. She ranked third regionally in the 5,000-meter run.
She captured the 1,500-meter run at the 2026 outdoor league championships to be named All-WIAC First Team. Novotny placed seventh in the 1,500-meter run at the national outdoor championships to earn All-America honors. She earned all-region awards in the 800, 1,500 and 5,000-meter run, being ranked first in the 1,500, second in the 5,000 and fourth in the 800.
The 2026 Academic All-District® Women's Track & Field team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's track& field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on Wednesday, July 15.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
