UWL Giving Day Set for October 21-22

UWL Giving Day Intercollegiate Athletics Website

La Crosse, Wis. -
University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Intercollegiate Athletics will participate in UWL Giving Day Tuesday-Wednesday, October 21-22, 2025.  UWL Giving Day is an opportunity to reflect on our UWL pride and gratitude for the impact the University has had on each of us.

UWL Giving Day, in its sixth year, allows alumni, students, parents, friends, supporters and members of the faculty and staff to make charitable donations to UW-La Crosse Intercollegiate Athletics which go directly to support the Eagles' 21 intercollegiate sport programs.  Donations are made to the general intercollegiate athletics department or to a specific sport. Donations help the University's student-athletes in a variety of ways, including additional travel opportunities, new athletic equipment and general support.

Every gift matters and makes a difference to a student in need.  UWL Giving Day is a chance to celebrate all things we love about UWL, a chance in helping the University reach its Giving Day goal of $600,000.

Donations can be made directly to athletics at https://uwlgivingday.uwlax.edu/giving-day/102639/set/7681 or by mail to the UWL Foundation (include Giving Day in the memo line) at UWL Foundation, 615 East Avenue North, Cleary Alumni & Friends Center, La Crosse, WI 54601.

For more information on UWL Giving Day, contact the Foundation Office at foundation@uwlax.edu or 608.785.6803.  Information is also available at https://uwlgivingday.uwlax.edu/.

All gifts work together to make a difference!  UWL Intercollegiate Athletics thanks our supporters for their past generosity and encourage you to assist its Eagles' student-athletes.

UWL offers 21 varsity programs with over 600 student-athletes.  UWL has won 80 national championships in school history, including 51 in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III.  The 51 national titles ranks second in NCAA III history and 10th all-time among all three NCAA Divisions.  The Eagles have captured 45 national titles since 2001.  UWL has won 453 conference titles in school history.
