Brown Deer, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's swimming & diving team competed at the All-Wisconsin Showcase Saturday at Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center. No team scores were recorded. Along with UWL, the meet featured the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, UW-Green Bay, Carthage College (Wis.), MSOE (Wis.), UW-Oshkosh and UW-Whitewater.
The Eagles had a pair of relays place third on Saturday including the 200 freestyle relay (1:40.01) with
Brooke Laube, Mikayla Knaffla,
Ellie Brown and
Libby Cleveland. UWL's 200 medley relay was also third (1:48.53) with Knaffla, Callie Kleep,
Shefali Ramakrishnan and Cleveland.
In individual events,
Zoey Rank recorded UWL's best finish, placing third (2:13.69) in the 200 I.M. Rank was also sixth (1:01.63) in the 100 butterfly.
Cleveland recorded a pair of top-five finishes, placing fourth (54.71) in the 100 freestyle and fifth (25.08) in the 50 freestyle.

Along with Rank finishing sixth in the 100 butterfly, three other swimmers placed in the top-10 with Ramakrishnan fifth (1:01.12),
Autumn Seebach ninth (1:02.07) and
Emily Schoenbrodt 10
th (1:02.14). Seebach was seventh (2:15.64) in the 200 I.M.
Callie Kleep finished fourth (1:08.93) and Laube eighth (1:10.32) in the 100 breaststroke.
Makenzie Wallace was seventh (2:34.66) and
Natalie Austin 10
th (2:37.72) in the 200 breaststroke.
Jordy Hahlen had a pair of top-six finishes on Saturday, including the 100 (1:00.79) and 200 (2:14.29) backstroke. Knaffla was ninth (55.35) in the 100 freestyle and 10
th (2:15.89) in the 200 backstroke while
Ava Pulvermacher finished sixth (5:22.91) in the 500 freestyle and sixth (2:15.42) in the 200 I.M.

Other top-10 finishers included
Abi Schauske seventh (4:57.48) and
Lily Rosenau eighth (4:57.88) in the 400 I.M. while
Megann Jobin placed 10
th (5:39.11) and
Sofia Badillo 10
th (1:02.53) in the 100 backstroke.
In Saturday's diving competition,
Joanne Banaszak won the three-meter (249.00 points) and placed fourth in the one-meter (235.73).
Hannah Martini was sixth in the one (197.25) and three (202.43) meter while
Abbey Thornton finished seventh in the one-meter (194.33) and eighth in the three-meter (184.73). Madison DeBarnardo was 10
th (192.45) in the one-meter.
