La Crosse, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's track & field hosted the UW-La Crosse Eagle Meet Friday night at Roger Harring Stadium at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex. No team scores were recorded.
UWL recorded 10 individual first-place finishes on Friday, including six in the field events.
Nicole Lord won the long jump (18-7) while
Maddie Hansen took the triple jump (38-2 3/4).
Skye Digman captured the discus throw (148-2),
Pamela Gramer the hammer throw (173-1),
Gabby Johnson the javelin throw (123-4) and
Abby Meidl the pole vault (11-3).
On the track, the Eagles'
Savannah Rygiewicz won the 100-meter dash (12.15) and Clair Koenecke took the 800-meter run (2:13.58).

Haley Durst, Lord and
Carley Elmhorst placed first in the 4x100-meter relay (48.28).
In Friday's field events,
Amanda Wiebke was second (5-2 1/2) in the high jump with
Hannah Zenkovich fourth (5-2 1/2). The Eagles'
Kylah Frederixon placed second (36-6 3/4) and Kemmsha Thomas fourth (34-11 3/4) in the triple jump while
Sydney Wambach finished second (18-5 3/4) and
Madison Page fifth (18-1 3/4) in the long jump.
UWL's Tori Witcraft finished third (165-9),
Katheryn Horne fourth (157-3),
Leah Surprenant fifth (156-1) and
Brianna Schyvinck sixth (154-8) in the hammer throw. Schyvinck was also fourth (42-5 1/4) in the shot put.
Zenkovich placed second in the javelin throw (115-10) and
Lindsay Ruf third (11-3) in the pole vault.
Other top finishers on the track included Zenkovich fourth (25.44) in the 200-meter dash with
Mara Schroeder third (58.48) and
Emma Platzbecker fourth (59.41) in the 400-meter dash. Maddie Hannen was second (4:47.15) in the 1,500-meter run.
Claire Shepardson finished third (14.71) in the 100-meter hurdles with
Skylar White sixth (17.02).
Brooke McDowell was second (1:05.39) in the 400-meter hurdles.
UWL returns to action Wednesday, May 19 hosting the UW-La Crosse NCAA Final Qualifier at 3 p.m.
