Des Moines, Iowa - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse wrestling team was eliminated from the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Multi-Divisional Duals Saturday night in the Iowa Events Center.  The Eagles, 11th on the NWCA Division III rankings, opened the tournament with a 22-16 loss to sixth-ranked Concordia College Moorhead (Minn.).

UW-L then earned a 23-9 victory over Loras College (Iowa) in the consolation round before finishing in a 15-15 tie with fifth-ranked Wilkes University (Pa.).  Wilkes advanced to Sunday's consolation round due to scoring more overall points in the 10 matches with UW-L.

UW-L is now 7-2-1 on the season.
