Hailey Leader starts her first year as a manager for the UW-La Crosse volleyball team in 2016. A native of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Leader is a pre-physical therapy major at UWL.
A 2016 graduate of Oconomowoc (Wis.) High School, Leader earned three letterrs in volleyball and one in softball. She earned All-Wisconsin Little Ten Conference Second Team honors as a senior. Leader was a two-time recipient of the All-Wisconsin Academic Team Award.
She was a member of the first conference, regional and sectional championship team. Oconomowoc (Wis.) placed second at the state tournament.
A member of the National Honor Society and Rho Kappa National Honor Society, Leader was on the Honor Roll all four years. She was a four-time Scholar-Athlete selection.
