2019 OUTDOOR: Season-best (3:50.20) in the 1,500-meter run at UWL Open (May 10)…Competed in the 1,500-meter run (3:57.04) at WIAC Championships (May 3-4).
2019 INDOOR: Won the 3,000-meter run (season-best 8:20.42) at the WIAC Championships (Feb. 22-23)…All-WIAC First team…Finished fourth (season-best 4:11.70) in the mile at WIAC Championships.
