Meghan Harder is in her second season as the UW-La Crosse assistant women's and men's swimming coach in 2018-19. She also works in event management for intercollegiate athletics.
Prior to arriving at UWL, Harder was an assistant swimming coach and camp counselor at Stanford University (Calif.) from 2015-17. She was an admissions tour guide at The College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University (Minn.) from 2015-16.
Harder earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education with a concentration in mathematics from Saint Benedict (Minn.) in 2017. She earned her minor in psychology. Harder was a member of the Saint Benedict (Minn.) Student-Athlete Advisory Committee from two years.
She was a student teacher at North Junior High School and Oak Hill Community School in St. Cloud, Minnesota (January-May 2017) and at St. Cloud and Sartell School Districts (2014-16).
