La Crosse, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse gymnastics team defeated UW-Whitewater 192.625 to 192.450 on Friday night to remain perfect in Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference action.

VAULT
- As a team, the Eagles scored a 48.325 on the vault while UW-Whitewater scored a 47.975.
- UWL had four of the top five finishers on the vault led by Paige Breckwoldt who finished second with a 9.700.
- Tying for third place was Cobi Powell and Ashley Dalton with a 9.675.
- Also finishing in the top five for the Eagles was Ava Kaspryzcki in fifth with a 9.650.
- Wining the event was UW-Whitewater's Juliette Rider with a 9.725.
UNEVEN PARALLEL BARS
- UWL took home top two spots on the uneven parallel bars as they scored a 48.425 as a team. UW-Whitewater finished with a team total of 48.250.
- Madalyn McCormick won the event with a career high 9.775 on the bars.
- Finishing right behind McCormick in second place was Azia Hawkins with a 9.750.
- UW-Whitewater was led by Caroline Saenz and Paige Magel who tied for third with a 9.725.

BALANCE BEAM
- UWL would take home the top five spots individually as they scored a 48.550 on the balance beam.
- Lauren Main scored a season high 9.775 to win the balance beam while teammate Lainey Vogt recorded a 9.725 to finish second.
- Darby Savage scored a career best 9.700 to finish third for the Eagles.
- With a score of 9.675, Raina Christenson and McCormick tied for fourth place.
- Rider was the top finisher for the Warhawks with a 9.676 as UW-Whitewater recorded a 48.00 as a team.
FLOOR EXERCISE
- Breckwoldt would pick up her second, second place finish as she recorded a 9.750 on the floor exercise.
- Rider would win her second event title of the night for the Warhawks as she scored a 9.825.
- Also finishing in the top five for the Eagles was Mckenna Myers who tied for fourth with a 9.675.
- As a team, UWL scored a 47.325 on the floor exercise while UW-Whitewater finished with a 48.400.
