Randolph (H.S.) have been named to the 2024-25 D3hoops.com All-Region 9 Team, the organization announced Tuesday.
Derousseau was selected to the all-region third team while Grieger earned second team accolades. It is the first career D3hoops.com All-Region honors for both players.
Grieger was selected to the 2024-25 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District 9 First Team earlier on Tuesday.
Both players were named to the 2024-25 All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) First Team.
Derousseau, a starter in all 31 games, finished second for UWL in scoring (14.4 per game) and third in rebounds (5.3) and assists (2.3). He scored in double figures in 24 contests with at least 20 points in nine games. Derousseau finished with a season-high 27 points versus Bethany Lutheran College (Minn.). He led UWL in three-point field goals made (49) and attempted (131).
Dustin Derousseau averaged 14.4 points per game in 2024-25.
Along with being named to the 2024-25 All-WIAC First Team, Derousseau was one of the five players selected to the league's all-defensive team. He led UWL in steals (1.5) and blocks (1.1). Derousseau recorded at least two steals in 12 games with a season-high six versus UW-River Falls on January 22. He registered at least two blocks in 10 contests, including a season-high three in four games.
Named the WIAC Athlete of the Week twice this season, Derousseau earned the honor November 18-24 and February 13-17. He was selected to the Great Lakes Invitational All-Tournament Team in November after averaging 20.0 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals in a pair of games. In February, Derousseau earned the recognition with a 21.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.5 steals average in two games.
He averaged 20.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 3.0 steals and 2.0 blocks in UWL's first two NCAA Division III Tournament games. Derousseau had 17 points, nine assists, seven rebounds, three blocks and three steals in UWL's 120-93 win over Greenville (Ill.). He finished with 23 points, six rebounds and three steals in a 77-67 victory over St. Norbert (Wis.).
He scored 20 points with eight rebounds in UWL's 72-65 third round victory over Illinois Wesleyan University and added 16 points, four rebounds and two assists in an 80-66 loss to Washington University-St. Louis (Mo.) in the NCAA Division III Elite Eight. Derousseau scored in double figures the last eight games of the season.

Derousseau finished ranked in the top-10 in seven categories in the WIAC this season, including second in steals and fourth in blocks and three-point shooting at 37.4% (49-of-131). He also finished seventh in scoring, eighth in three-point field goals made per game (1.6) and 10th in rebounding and assists.
Grieger also started all 31 games this year and became the fifth player in school history to be named to the NABC All-District First Team, joining Joe Werner (2006; 2007), Tony Mane (2011), Jared Staege (2016) and Ethan Anderson (2022).
Grieger led the UWL in scoring (15.9) and assists (2.7) while ranking second in rebounding (5.4), steals (1.2) and blocks (0.9).
Scoring in double figures in 26 contests this season, Grieger had a career-high 30 points at UW-Stevens Point and versus Washington University-St. Louis (Mo.) in the NCAA Division III Elite Eight. He averaged 19.0 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists in four NCAA contests.
Grieger was second for UWL in field goal shooting at 51.2% (185-of-361) while shooting 34.6% (27-of-78) from three-point range and 77.9% (95-of-122) at the free throw line. He led the team in field goals made and attempted while ranking fourth in three-point field goals made (27) and attempted (78). Grieger was second in free throws made (95) and attempted (122).
He recorded three double-doubles this season. Grieger had 24 points and 10 rebounds at UW-Platteville; 18 points and 10 rebounds at UW-Eau Claire and 12 points with 10 rebounds at UW-Oshkosh. He was selected the WIAC Athlete of the Week after the double-doubles versus UW-Platteville and UW-Oshkosh.
He earned D3hoops.com Team of the Week honors on January 13 after averaging 22.0 points, 3.0 assists and two rebounds in a pair of games. Grieger finished with 13 points, three rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal versus UW-Platteville and followed with 30 points and three assists against UW-Stevens Point.
Grieger also finished in the top-10 in seven categories in the WIAC this season, including fifth in blocks; sixth in scoring and assists; seventh in field goal shooting; eighth in free throw shooting and rebounding; and ninth in steals.
UWL finished 25-6 overall and 12-2 in the WIAC this season under head coach
JT Gritzmacher. The Eagles set a single-season school record with 25 victories. UWL's 12 league wins were the most since finishing 12-4 in 2006-07. It is the second time since 1982-83 the Eagles won at least 11 conference games in a season.
UWL earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Championships, advancing to the Elite Eight for the first time in school history.
