Menomonie, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse gymnastics team defeated UW-Stout in a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference dual Sunday afternoon.

Next Up: The Eagles will finish up their regular season when they travel to Oshkosh, Wis. to compete in the UW-Oshkosh Triangular on February 29 at 6:00 p.m.
 

     
HOW DID IT HAPPEN
    VAULT

• The Eagles took home the top four sports in the vault with Lily Millington winning the event with a 9.625
• Tying for second with a 9.550 was Sarah Pastore, Grace Kehr and Alex Wood.
• Tying for fifth place was Rachel Chesley with a 9.500.
• Also finishing in the top ten for the Eagles was Abby Mitchell (9.475) in seventh and Paige Breckwoldt (9.425) in ninth.

    UNEVEN PARALLEL BARS

• Rachel Chesley won the uneven parallel bars with a 9.650 while Sarah Best tied for third with a 9.525.
• Lauren Main finished fifth with a 9.500 and Ashlyn Barker sixth with a 9.425.
• Mitchell finished tied for eighth with a 9.325.

    BALANCE BEAM

• UWL had six of the top eight finishers on the balance beam as Claire Robbins finished first wit a 9.725.
• Right behind Robbins with a 9.700 was Raina Christenson in second place.
• Kyla Dickson was fourth with a 9.600 while Marisa Zepeda tied for fifth with a 9.575.
• Scoring a 9.550 was Hunter Matulka in seventh place while Hannah Hautala finished eighth with a 9.525

    FLOOR EXERCISE

• Caelen Lansing was the Eagles top finisher on the floor exercise as she was third with a 9.700.
• In fourth place was Jessica Taylor with a 9.675 and right behind her was Robbins in fifth place (9.650).
• Also finishing in the top ten was Best with a 9.575 (T-8th) and Chesley with a 9.550 (10th).
