1986 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won its first National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship in 1986 under head coach Barbara Gibson held in Mitchell Hall in La Crosse, Wisconsin. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 132.85 with Hamline University (Minn.) second at 132.65.

Lisa Kartman won three individual national titles, taking first in the all-around, uneven parallel bars and vault. She also earned NCGA All-America honors in the balance beam, placing second. Susie Milts was fourth on the vault and Cassy Englert sixth on the uneven parallel bars to earn All-America honors.

1988 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the 1988 National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship held in Cortland, New York. UW-La Crosse, led by head coach Barbara Gibson, finished with 139.55 points. Host SUNY Cortland was second with 137.85.

Kim MacKrille won national titles in the all-around and balance beam while finishing second on the floor exercise. Susie Milts captured the NCGA Championship on the uneven parallel bars and placed fourth on the vault. Shelly Heegeman also earned All-America honors with a second-place finish on the balance beam.

1995 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won its third National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship in school history in 1995 under head coach Barbara Gibson. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 142.400 with host Hamline University (Minn.) second at 142.325.

Laura Pastore captured the NCGA title on the vault for the Eagles while Kari Livingston earned a pair of All-America awards, finishing second in the all-around and fourth on the uneven parallel bars. Jill Niemczyk was second on the vault and Amy Meitz placed third on the uneven parallel bars to earn All-America honors.

1997 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship in 1997 under head coach Barbara Gibson. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 146.800 with host Ithaca College (N.Y.) second at 144.400.

Kari Motz won a pair of NCGA titles, finishing first in the all-around and balance beam. She also earned All-America honors with fifth-place finishes on the uneven parallel bars and floor exercise. Jaime Wolter earned three All-America honors, finishing second in the all-around, fourth on the vault and sixth on the balance beam. Jaime Kubash was an All-America after placing second on the balance beam and floor exercise. Michelle Clausen was third on the floor exercise.

1999 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won its fifth National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship in school history in 1997 in St. Peter, Minnesota, under head coach Barbara Gibson. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 147.125 with host Gustavus Adolphus College (Minn.) second at 145.800.

Becky McDonnell captured the NCGA title on the floor exercise while finishing sixth on the vault. Kari Motz was second in the all-around and third on the balance beam while Jaime Kubash placed sixth on the floor exercise.

2001 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the first of six straight National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championships under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2001 hosted by UW-Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 182.525 while UW-Oshkosh placed second at 180.350.

Angela Erato won the NCGA title on the balance beam. Becky McDonnell earned three All-America awards, placing second on the vault and floor exercise and seventh in the all-around. Jenny Moore was fourth in the all-around, Michelle Saxton placed third on the uneven parallel bars and Carol Sheker finished fourth on the balance beam.

2002 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the 2002 National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship hosted by Ithaca College (N.Y.) under head coach Barbara Gibson. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 184.925 while SUNY Cortland placed second at 183.175.

Tricia Clark and Jenny Moore each earned a pair of NCGA All-America honors as Clark finished third on the vault and tied for fourth on the floor exercise while Moore was sixth on the balance beam and eighth in the all-around. Nancy Petersen tied for fourth on the floor exercise while Michelle Saxton was sixth on the uneven parallel bars.

2003 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won its third straight National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2003 hosted by UW-Eau Claire. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 183.950 with SUNY Cortland second at 183.775.

Michelle Saxton captured the uneven parallel bars title. Nancy Petersen was fifth on the floor exercise to garner All-America honors while Jaime Randall placed fifth on the uneven parallel bars. Nina Schubert finished second on the uneven parallel bars with Leslie Stewart and Jenny Struve tying for third on the floor exercise.
 
2004 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won its fourth straight National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2004 hosted by Springfield College (Mass.). UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 191.275 with Ithaca College (N.Y.) second at 189.800.

Nina Schubert captured the NCGA title on the uneven parallel bars. Jennifer Houle earned a pair of All-America awards, finishing second on the balance beam and floor exercise. Darlene Benedetti tied for fifth on the uneven parallel bars with Angela Erato third on the balance beam. Ashley Koechel finished sixth in the all-around to earn All-America honors while Katie Krenz placed fourth on the uneven parallel bars, Nancy Petersen tied for fifth on the vault and Michelle Sletten tied for fifth on the uneven parallel bars.

2005 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2005 in Mitchell Hall. UW-La Crosse won with a team score of 189.950 with SUNY Brockport second at 185.625.

Jennifer Houle and Nina Schubert each won NCGA titles with Houle taking first on the balance beam and Schubert capturing her second straight uneven parallel bars crown. Houle was also second on the floor exercise. Kasey Clausen and Ashley Koechel earned three All-America awards. Clausen was second on the uneven parallel bars and third on the vault and in the all-around while Koechel finished second in the all-around and balance beam and third on the uneven parallel bars. Ann Fitzsimmons finished fifth on the balance beam while Katie Krenz was fifth on the floor exercise and Michell Sletten fourth on the uneven parallel bars. 

2006 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won its sixth straight National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2006 in Brockport, New York. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 186.250 while Ithaca College (N.Y.) placed second at 183.900.

Nina Schubert won her third consecutive uneven parallel bars national title while Houle captured her second straight balance beam crown. Houle was also fifth on the floor exercise to earn NCGA All-America honors while Jackie LaFleur tied for fourth on the vault and Erin Sommer was fourth on the balance beam.
 
2008 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2008 in Cortland, New York. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 189.050 with SUNY Brockport second at 188.425. It was the start of four consecutive NCGA Championships for UW-La Crosse. 

Gabi Hooper won her second straight title on the vault while also finishing second on the balance beam. Kasey Clausen and Mackenzie Howard earned a pair of All-America honors. Clausen was second on the uneven parallel bars and 11th on the balance beam while Howard finished third on the balance beam and 10th in the all-around. Jackie LaFleur was sixth on the vault.

2009 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2009 in St. Paul, Minnesota and hosted by Hamline University (Minn.). UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 186.875 with SUNY Brockport second at 184.950.

Four gymnasts earned multiple NCGA All-America honors, including three by Jackie LaFleur. She was third on the vault, fifth in the all-around and eighth on the floor exercise. Gabi Hooper, Kelsey Matula and Erin Sommer each had two awards. Hooper finished second on the vault and fifth on the floor exercise while Matula placed eighth in the all-round and 12th on the floor exercise. Sommer was 11th on the balance beam and 12th on the floor exercise. Rachel Budelier finished ninth on the balance beam, Courtney Gonzales fourth on the floor exercise, Mackenzie Howard ninth on the uneven parallel bars and Schaelyn McFadden tied for fourth on the uneven parallel bars. 

2010 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2010 in Springfield, Massachusetts. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 186.775 with SUNY Brockport second at 186.200.

Gabi Hooper won the NCGA floor exercise title. Courtney Gonzales and Kelsey Matula earned two All-America honors with Gonzales finishing sixth in the all-around and seventh on the floor exercise while Matula tied for second on the uneven parallel bars and finished fifth on the balance beam. Kahlynn Hunt was seventh on the vault and Kendra Klein tied for fifth on the floor exercise.
 
2011 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won its fourth straight National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2011 at UW-Eau Claire. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 191.175 with UW-Whitewater second at 187.550.

UW-La Crosse earned 14 NCGA All-America honors, including five from Christa Booman. She won the all-around title and finished third on the vault, fourth on the uneven parallel bars and balance beam and sixth on the floor exercise. Morgan Shene garnered three awards, placing fourth in the all-around, sixth on the balance beam and 12th on the uneven parallel bars. Jenna Swails earned two All-America awards, finishing fifth on the vault and ninth on the floor exercise. Jen Andersen finished ninth on the uneven parallel bars with Kendra Klein sixth on the floor exercise, Tegan Oare 12th on the vault and Katrina Schuch 11th on the floor exercise.

2015 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2015 hosted in Mitchell Hall. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 191.525 with UW-Whitewater and Ursinus College (Pa.) tied for second at 191.225. 

Amy Enright and Samantha Wiekamp won individual national titles. Enright took the uneven parallel bars and Wiekamp won the uneven parallel bars. Enright was also third in the all-around. Ali Berry finished fourth on the floor exercise while Elisa Spitzmueller and Kelsi Vomacka tied for seventh on the floor exercise.

2016 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Barbara Gibson in 2016 in Brockport, New York. It was the second straight national title. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 193.650 with host Brockport State (N.Y.) second at 193.000. 

Dani Barmore and Samantha Wiekamp each won national titles with Barmore capturing the uneven parallel bars and Wiekamp the vault. Both earned three All-America honors with Barmore also finishing fourth in the all-around and eighth on the vault and Wiekamp finished second in the all-around and fifth on the uneven parallel bars. It was Wiekamp’s second straight national title. Amy Enright was fourth on the uneven parallel bars, Leah Spankowski placed fourth on the balance beam and Elsa Spitzmueller finished eighth on the floor exercise.
 

2025 Women’s Gymnastics
UW-La Crosse won the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship under head coach Kasey Crawford in 2025 in Saint Peter, Minnesota. UW-La Crosse finished with a team score of 194.925 with UW-Whitewater second at 194.025.

Riana Christenson, Kyle Dickson and Claire Robbins all tied for the NCGA title on the balance beam. Grace Kehr captured the vault championship and Jessica Taylor the floor exercise. Dickson was also sixth on the floor exercise with Kehr finishing second. Sarah Best placed third on the uneven parallel bars, Paige Breckwoldt third on the vault and Grace Edwards was sixth on the floor exercise.
