La Crosse, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's swimming & diving team earned a 134-109 dual victory over Luther College (Iowa) Friday night in the Richard L. Pein Natatorium.

The Eagles swept the relays on Friday as
Jonah Elfers,
Ben Collins,
Tyler Hartmann and
Blake Nelson won the 200 medley relay (1:36.27) and Nelson, Hartmann,
Alex Starr and
Jackson Plautz taking the 200 freestyle relay (1:25.52).

In Friday's diving events,
Tony McNiff captured the one-meter (247.40) while
Evan Zimdars tied for second (209.70). Zimdars was also second (249.60) and McNiff third (241.90) in the three-meter competition.

UWL won three swimming titles with Nelson winning the 50 freestyle (21.41), Hartmann the 200 I.M. (2:01.97) and Elfers the 100 butterfly (52.79).

Second-place finishes included Starr in the 100 freestyle (49.45),
Caleb Jondle in the 200 freestyle (1:51.87), Collins in the 500 freestyle (5:08.56),
Davin Evans in the 1,000 freestyle (10:50.91) and 100 breaststroke (1:02.63),
Connor Cleveland in the 200 I.M. (2:06.31) and
Nathaniel Gehm tied for second in the 100 backstroke (57.85).

Plautz was third in the 50 freestyle (22.45) while
Lucas Backes placed third in the 100 freestyle (51.86), Elfers third in the 200 freestyle (1:55.08) and Jondle third in the 500 freestyle (5:14.13). Collins finished third in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.01).
