Oshkosh, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse gymnastics team fell 191.900 to 190.150 at UW-Oshkosh Friday night in Kolf Sports Center. The Eagles set a season-high with their overall score (190.150) while also setting a season-high on the balance beam (47.975).
UWL scored 47.325 on the vault, 47.625 on the uneven parallel bars and 47.225 on the floor exercise.
The Eagles'
Emma Grant won the balance beam title (9.750) Friday night while
Cate Sandvik was second (9.725) and
Kyla Dickson third (9.675).
Other top-six finishes included
Alex Wood placing second (9.675) and
Rachel Chesley tied for sixth on the vault (9.475) while
Kerrie Legault finished third (9.675), Chesley fifth (9.575) and
Molly Lyngaas sixth (9.550) on the uneven parallel bars.
Jenna Danninger was fourth (9.625) on the floor exercise.
UWL returns to action Friday, February 25 hosting UW-Eau Claire and Winona State University (Minn.) at 6:30 p.m.
