Minneapolis, Minn. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse soccer team fell, 3-1, at Augsburg University (Minn.) Tuesday night at Edor Nelson Field. The Eagles drop to 2-1 on the season while the Auggies improve to 2-0-1. 

UWL took a 1-0 lead at 4:25 as Ainsley Allan scored her second goal of the season. Augsburg (Minn.) tied the game at 5:56 on Jennifer Bobaric's first goal of the season with Sam Donahugh recording the assist. The game was tied, 1-1, at halftime. 

UWL had four shots in the first half with Augsburg (Minn.) finishing with two. 

Bobaric gave the Auggies a 2-1 lead with an assist from Megan Hensel at 49:26.  Bobaric tallied her third goal of the game at 59:33 with an assist from Jen Masello to give Augsburg (Minn.) a 3-1 lead. 

UWL finished with 16 shots in the game, including seven on goal. Allan (two on goal) and Katie Feller (one) led the Eagles with three shots.  Natalie Schisel and Julia Smith each had two shots with one on goal. The Eagles had all 14 corner kicks in the game. Augsburg (Minn.) totaled six shots with four on goal. Bobaric had five shots with three on goal. 

Quinn Shannon had one save for UWL while Iz Shuster finished with six for Augsburg (Minn.). 

UWL returns to action Saturday, September 11 hosting Dominican University (Ill.) in the Eagles' home opener at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex. Start time is noon.
