Madison, Wis. - University of Wisconsin-La Crosse senior outside hitter

West Bend (Kewaskum) has been named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Wednesday.
Henk was named to the Coe College (Iowa) Mabel Lee Invitational All-Tournament Team after recording 42 kills (3.82 per set) and hitting .382 in four matches September 1-2 in helping lead UWL to a 4-0 record. She hit .483 (15-1-29) in a 3-0 win over St. Norbert College (Wis.) and .524 (12-1-21) in a 3-0 victory over Westminster College (Mo.).
Henk also recorded 32 digs (2.91 per set) and six aces (0.55) in the invitational. She had two double-doubles with 13 kills and 11 digs in a 3-1 victory over Grinnell College (Iowa) and 12 kills and 10 digs against Westminster (Mo.).
UWL, ranked 16th on his week's American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Top-25 Poll, travels to second-ranked and city rival Viterbo University (Wis.) Wednesday, September 6 at 7 p.m.
