River Falls, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse volleyball team extended its winning streak to five with a 3-0 (25-17, 25-15, 25-15) victory at UW-River Falls Wednesday night. The Eagles, receiving votes on this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Top-25 Poll, improve to 11-4 overall and 2-0 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC). UW-River Falls drops to 14-6 overall and 0-2 in the conference.
Stephanie Henk led UWL with 10 kills while hitting .500 (10-2-16) overall.

Laine Hoeffel and
Jessica Jablonski each finished with seven kills. Hoeffel hit .462 (7-1-13).
Madison Entinger recorded 27 assists as the Eagles hit .295 (35-12-78) overall. UWL hit .321 (14-5-28) in the opening set, .292 (10-3-24) in the second set and .269 (11-4-26) in the third.
Henk recorded a double-double with a team-high 10 digs.
Halle Barnabo added seven digs. UWL finished with 7.5 team blocks.
Karli Nielsen and Dakotah Poitra led UW-River Falls with four kills while Hailey Huseth and Mallory Griffin each finished with six assists. The Falcons hit -.030 (16-18-67) in the match. Hannah Robb led UW-River Falls with 12 digs. The team finished with 6.0 blocks.
UWL returns to action Saturday, September 30 hosting UW-Stout at 5 p.m.
