Hannah Shaw starts her second season as an assistant lacrosse coach in 2025-26. She also works as an assistant facilities and events coordinator.
UWL finished 10-7 overall and 6-3 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) in 2025, finishing tied for fourth in the league standings while advancing to the conference tournament. The 10 overall victories are the third-most in school history.
Shaw came to UWL after serving as head lacrosse coach for Verve Lacrosse in San Jose, California in May 2024. She was an assistant coach for Menlo-Atherton High School in Menlo Park, California from January-May 2024.

Prior to being an assistant coach at Menlo-Atherton, Shaw was the coach for Menlo-Atherton Grizzlies Youth Lacrosse from 2017-19.

She was a four-year starter at the College of Wooster (Ohio), serving as team captain her senior season. Shaw earned All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Second and Third Team honors. She broke Wooster’s (Ohio) single-season and career draw controls record.

Shaw earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wooster (Ohio) in 2023. She worked as a student-athlete recruiter for Wooster’s (Ohio) lacrosse team in 2020-21.
