2019 OUTDOOR: Finished ninth (38:55.22) in the 10,000-meter run and 13th (19:10.53) in the 5,000-meter run at WIAC Championships (May 4-5).
2019 INDOOR: Finished 11th (18:39.91) in the 3,000-meter run and 18th (10:47.50) in the 3,000-meter run at WIAC Championships (Feb. 22-23).

2018 OUTDOOR: Competed in one meet.
2018 INDOOR: Finished 15th (19:05.1) in the 5,000-meter run at WIAC Championships (Feb. 23-24). 

AT UWL: 2017: Competed in four meets … Second at Luther College (Iowa) Dual (20:21.8)… Fifth at UW-Whitewater Invite (25:27.8) … Finished 75^th at Eau Claire Invite (24:17.2) and 85^th at Tori Neubauer Invite (24:18.27).

2016: Competed in five meets … Ninth at Luther College (Iowa) Dual (16:10.7) … Placed 17th at Gender Equity Invite (26:10.7), 37th at UW-Whitewater Invite (26.34.3), 119th at UW-Eau Claire Invite (26:36.2) and 145th at Tori Neubauer Invite (25:23.92).

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters in cross country and two in track and field at Hayward H.S. ... Cross country captain junior and senior season ... All-Heart of the North Conference selection junior and senior season ... Third best all-time cross country runner in school history ... Member of National Honor Society.  

ACADEMICS: Psychology Major and CYC and Communications Minor.
