Chris Bell is in his third season as an assistant coach with the lacrosse program. He served as the La Crosse Lightning high school boys lacrosse head coach from 2012-18 after being the assistant coach from 2010-11.
He was a coach at the Badger State Boys Lacrosse Camp from 2013-17 and recently served as the head boys youth lacrosse coach. Bell is a founding member and adviser for the La Crosse Area Lacrosse Association.
A native of Wausau, Wisconsin, Bell earned his bachelor's degree from UWL in 2006. He was a member of the UWL men's lacrosse club team from 2002-07, serving as team captain for three years. Bell was team president for one season and treasurer for two years. He created a volunteer event with Habitat for Humanity in his year as club president.
He currently resides in Holmen, Wis. and serves as a staff accountant for Trane Technologies, a position he has held since 2006.
