Sierra Rabe is in her second season as an assistant coach for the cross country teams. She also serves as the Eagles’ recruiting coordinator.
She served as head boys and girls track & field distance coach at La Crosse (Wis.) Central High School in 2021 and 2022 after being an assistant coach the previous year. Rabe was the Onalaska (Wis.) Parks & Recreation Sports Director in 2017-18.
A 2024 graduate of UWL, Rabe earned her bachelor’s degree in business management. She was a four-year member of the Eagles’ cross country team and three-year member of the track & field squad. Rabe was cross country team captain in 2023 and 2024 and a member of three Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Championship teams. She was a two-time qualifier for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Championships.
Named the 2023 McKenzie Kirtz Outstanding Teammate of the Year, Rabe earned the 2025 ESSLY Eagle Award from intercollegiate athletics. She was on two conference championship squads with the track & field team.
