Peyton Kleinheinz serves as a student assistant coach in 2025, assisting with the quarterbacks. A native of Marshall, Wisconsin, Kleinheinz is a junior at UWL while majoring in sport management and minoring in business administration.
He played football, basketball and baseball at Marshall (Wis.) High School, earning first team All-Capitol Conference Honors in football at tight end and defensive end. Kleinheinz was a second team all-conference selection in basketball and honorable mention in baseball. He earned Marshall’s Defensive Player of the Year as a member of the basketball team.
Kleinheinz was a member of the Honor Roll all four years and was a Wisconsin Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete. He graduated magna cum laude.
