FINAL INSTRUCTIONS (Posted at 8:40 a.m. October 16)MEN'S RACE: 11:30 a.m. (changed from 10:30 a.m.) - Jim Drews Invitational - 8,000-Meters (All athletes must report to the starting line 10 minutes prior to the start.)
WOMEN'S RACE: 12:30 p.m. (changed from 11:30 a.m.) - Tori Neubauer Invitational - 6,000-Meters (All athletes must report to the starting line 10 minutes prior to the start.)

Women's Race (6,000-Meters)ENTRY FEE: $150.00 per team/per gender ($300.00 total for a school with both genders) payable to UW-La Crosse Athletics.

UNATTACHED ATHLETES: Open/unattached runners are allowed to compete. Open/unattached athletes will NOT receive a chip and will NOT appear in the official results. Open/unattached athletes are NOT eligible for individual awards. There will one designated box for unattached athletes. No registration necessary.
RESULTS: Results will be available following the races at chip drop off. Results will also be posted online at
www.uwlathletics.com and
www.pttiming.com.
AWARDS: The first 30 finishers in the Drews (men’s) and Neubauer (women’s) races will receive a t-shirt that will be distributed at the announcers tent. There will not be an awards ceremony.
TIMING: Chip technology will be utilized as the primary timing and scoring system for this meet.
CHIP INFO: Chips will be distributed at check-in at Ettrick Golf Club starting at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, October 17. Chips must be returned. A $50 per chip fee will be assessed for each chip that is not returned.
PACKET PICK-UP: Pick-up will occur in the basement of the Ettrick club house beginning at 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
WARM-UPS: The course will be open to warm-up after the frost is off of the grass on race day, approx. 10 a.m. Please instruct your athletes to
STAY OFF THE GREENS & TEES.COURSE INSPECTION: Inspection will be allowed Friday, October 16 from 4 to 6 p.m. Please check-in at the club house prior to inspection.
TOILET FACILITIES: Port-o-potties will be available near the starting line. Please instruct your athletes NOT to use the facilities in the clubhouse.
BUS PARKING: Bus parking will be available at the course in a designated bus parking area. Click

BUSES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DROP ATHLETES OFF AT THE MEET SITE. All buses will be immediately directed to the bus parking lot, there is no space to turn buses around by the club house.

SHOWERS/LOCKER ROOMS: Shower and locker room facilities are
NOT available at the course. Participants can shower at Mitchell Hall, UW-La Crosse campus, following the race. Mitchell Hall is approx. 35 minutes south of Ettrick.
