Randolph (H.S.) have all been selected to the 2024-25 All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Basketball First Team in a vote by the league coaches, the league office announced Tuesday.
Derousseau was also named to the WIAC All-Defensive Team.

Little Chute (H.S) was selected to the 2024-25 WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team.
It marks the first time in single-season school history UWL had three players voted to the All-WIAC First Team. It also the first time in school history the Eagles have five players named to the all-conference team with their three first team selections and two honorable mention choices this season.
Derousseau earned his second career all-conference recognition after being named to the 2023-24 WIAC Honorable Mention Team last season. Starting all 27 games this year, Derousseau is second for UWL in scoring (13.7 per game) and third in rebounds (5.1) and assists (2.2). He has scored in double figures in 20 contests with at least 20 points in seven games. Derousseau currently ranks eighth in scoring and 10th in assists in the WIAC.
Derousseau finished with a season-high 27 points versus Bethany Lutheran College, Minn. (Dec. 4).
He was also one of the five players named to the 2024-25 WIAC All-Defensive Team. Derousseau is the ninth UWL player to be named to the All-WIAC Defensive Team, which started in 2012-13, joining

Derousseau leads UWL in steals (1.4) and blocks (1.1) in 2024-25, ranking second in the WIAC in steals and fourth in blocks. He has 10 games with least two steals, including a career-high six versus UW-River Falls on January 22. Derousseau has recorded at least two blocks in nine different games.
Paider earned his second straight All-WIAC First Team selection this year. He has started all 27 games for the Eagles, leading the team in rebounding (7.6) and assists (2.7) while ranking third in scoring (12.7). Paider is also second in field goal shooting (53.9%, 117-of-217) and blocks (0.8).
Scoring in double figures in 18 games this year, including at least 15 in nine contests, Paider finished with a season-high 22 points in three different games. He has recorded six double-doubles with a season-high 14 rebounds against North Park University, Ill. (Nov. 16) and Keene State University, N.H. (Dec. 30).
Paider is fourth in the WIAC in rebounding, fifth in field goal percentage, sixth in assists and eighth in blocks.
Grieger earned his first career All-WIAC honor, starting all 27 games this season. He leads the Eagles in scoring (15.4) while ranking second in rebounding (5.4), assists (2.6), steals (1.2) and blocks (0.9) per game. Grieger is third on the team in field goal shooting at 51.8% (156-of-301), scoring in double figures in 22 games with a career-high 30 points at UW-Stevens Point on January 11.
Grieger has recorded three double-doubles.
He ranks fifth in the WIAC in blocks, sixth in points, seventh in field goal percentage and assists, eighth in rebounding and ninth in steals.

It is the third career All-WIAC honor for Fuhrmann after being named to the 2023-24 All-WIAC Honorable Mention Team and to the 2022-23 All-WIAC Defensive Team. Also starting all 27 games this year, Fuhrmann is averaging 8.4 points and 3.4 rebounds per game. He is tied for the team lead in three-point field goals made per game (1.4) while scoring in double figures in 13 contests. Fuhrmann had a season-high 15 points and four steals versus UW-Stout (Jan. 15).
A transfer from Bryant and Stratton College (Wis.), Thomas earned All-WIAC Honorable Mention accolades in his first season at UWL. He has played in all 27 games with 20 starts while averaging 11.4 points (fourth on team) and 2.6 rebounds per game. Thomas is second on the team in free throw shooting at 80.0% (52-of-62) and third in steals (1.0). He has reached double figures in scoring in 17 games, including at least 15 points in 10 contests. Thomas finished with a season-high 22 points against Hamline University, Minn. (Dec. 29).
Van Asten was named to the 2024-25 All-WIAC Sportsmanship Team, chosen for individuals that displayed exemplary sportsmanship throughout the season. It includes one member from each school. He appeared in six games this season.
UWL, led by second-year head coach
JT Gritzmacher, is 22-5 on the season after finishing 12-2 in the WIAC. The Eagles, ranked fifth on this week's D3hoops.com Top-25 Poll, finished second in this year's regular-season league standings and WIAC Tournament.
The 22 overall victories this year is a single-season school record, breaking the previous record of 21 in three different seasons (1975-76, 2019-10, 2021-22). The Eagles' 12 league wins in 2024-25 are the most since finishing 12-4 in 2006-07.
UWL received an at-large bid to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Championships and will host Greenville University (Ill.) in a first round game on Friday, March 8 at the La Crosse Center.
