La Crosse, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's swimming & diving team hosted the UWL Eagle Eleven Diving Meet Saturday afternoon in the
Richard Pein Natatorium in Mitchell Hall. No team scores were recorded.

Joanne Banaszak and
Hannah Martini both set pool records on Saturday. Banaszak won the one-meter competition with a score of 460.55 points, breaking her own pool record of 458.55 set last season.

Martini won the three-meter with a pool record point total of 484.20. She broke the record of 472.15 set by Kayley Alioto in 2018. Martini qualified for the NCAA Division III Central Region Qualifying Meet with her score.
In the one-meter competition Saturday, Martini was second (434.75) with
Emma Lieb third (419.90),
Abbey Thornton fourth (411.05) and
Madeline Weber fifth (408.10).
Amelia Nelson placed sixth (395.55) with
Shannon Penney seventh (376.65),
Natalie Peterson ninth (342.05), Alylin Hawkins 10th (314.90) and Madison Debernardo 11th (62.35).
In the three-meter, Banaszak finished second (438.20) with Weber third (424.95). Lieb placed fourth (418.10), Debernardo fifth (401.60) and Peterson sixth (374.20).
Hawkins was first (211.35) and Penney second (170.10) in the three-meter competition with six dives while
Iona Snyder placed second (175.55) in the one-meter.
UWL returns action Saturday, November 1 hosting UW-Eau Claire with diving starting at 9 a.m. and swimming at 2 p.m.
