Neenah, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's tennis team improved to 6-1 overall and 3-0 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) with a 9-0 victory over UW-Oshkosh Saturday afternoon at Valley Fitness & Racquet.  UW-Oshkosh drops to 0-4 overall and 0-3 in the WIAC. 

UWL earned its sixth straight win overall, including fifth straight by the score of 9-0.

The Eagles dropped four games in sweeping the three doubles matches. Kimberly Steinert/Kellie Hierl (No. 1), Morgan Graf/Lauren Witt (No. 2) and Susi Hu/Katie Kearney each earned victories. 

In singles play, UWL swept all six matches, losing six games. Steinert (No. 1), Hierl (No. 2), Hannah Riegle (No. 3), Witt (No. 4), Graf (No. 5) and Kaitlyn Kalinka (No. 6) picked up wins.
