A maximum of 100 spectators for UW-La Crosse only are allowed into home track & field meets held at Roger Harring Stadium at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex.  No visiting spectators will be allowed.  The Eagles' track & field programs will determine a process for allocating these spectators out to their team per event. Spectator names, relation and contact information must be provided 12 hours in advance of the contest and coordinated through the coaching staff.

Ticket lists will be provided to and reviewed by the UW-La Crosse event management staff for compliance to the policies no less than 12 hours prior to the game.  Entry gates into athletic venues will open 30 minutes prior to the listed start time.  Gates will be closed and no spectators will be allowed to enter after the start of the second inning in the second game in baseball and softball and after the first five minutes of the second half for lacrosse.  Spectators requiring special accommodations should contact UW-La Crosse Intercollegiate Athletics prior to game day.

UW-La Crosse asks spectators to remain socially distanced from those outside of your household in the competition venue or while on campus.  A barrier of at least 12 feet is to be maintained between spectators and student-athletes at all times while in the competition venue, including bench areas, dugouts, warm-up areas, etc.  Spectators are asked to depart the competition venue as soon as the contest is over and will not be permitted to meet with any student-athletes. It is suggested spectators limit interactions with student-athletes and those outside of their household while outside of a competition venue to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.  UW-La Crosse event management staff will monitor and enforce the listed policies.  Those failing to adhere to all of the list policies will be asked to leave and be escorted from the competition venue.
