Madison, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's tennis team earned a 9-0 victory at Edgewood College (Wis.) Sunday night at the Cherokee Country Club. The Eagles improve to 15-3 overall with their 10th win in their last 11 matches while Edgewood (Wis.) drops to 10-8 on the season.

Bellissimo, the 2017 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Tennis Player of the Year, recorded her 100th career win in singles Sunday with a 6-2, 6-0 victory over Sydney Verbauwhede of Edgewood (Wis.). Bellissimo is now 100-20 in her singles career at UWL and 97-24 in doubles. She is 21-2 in singles and 24-4 in doubles this year.
