Box Score Whitewater, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse soccer team fell 1-0 at UW-Whitewater Saturday night. The Eagles drop to 2-7-1 overall and 1-2-1 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) while the Warhawks improve to 9-0-2 overall and 4-0 in the WIAC.  UW-Whitewater is tied for 25th on this week's National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Continental Tire NCAA Division III Poll.

Emma Guilfoil scored the only goal of the match at 75:36 with an assist from Laren Nashleanas. It is Guilfoil's first goal of the season.

UW-L finished with nine shots, including three on goal.  Laura Sauer, Jamie Ochsenwald and Nicole Lipari each had a shot on goal for the Eagles.

UW-Whitewater totaled nine shots with six on goal.

The Eagles' Ashley Tracy recorded five saves while the Warhawks' Jordan Myers had three to earn the shutout victory.
