Lucy Karcher is in her first year as a student manager for the lacrosse team. She earned two letters in lacrosse and volleyball at Franklin (Wis.) High School, earning MVP honors in lacrosse. Karcher was an athletic scholar-award recipient for three years. 

She is a psychology major at UWL.
