University of Wisconsin La Crosse Athletics

Charlotte Roraff is in her seventh year as the UW-La Crosse Intercollegiate Athletics Business Manager in 2025-26.  Prior to coming to UWL, Roraff worked for Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union in Winona, Minnesota from 2005-19.  She served as Branch Manager, Financial Service Officer and Market Manager at Affinity Plus. 

She was Human Resources Manager at RTP Company in Winona from 1999 to 2005. 

Roraff earned her bachelor's degree (1999) in human resources management and her master's degree (2002) in training and development from Winona State University (Minn.).
