Brittany Baldwin

Brittany Baldwin starts her second year as a full-time assistant softball coach at UW-La Crosse in 2025-26. She also serves as an assistant facilities and events coordinator. 

UWL finished 22-19 overall and 7-7 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) in 2025, advancing to the league tournament. 

Baldwin served as an interim assistant softball coach for the 2024 season. UWL finished 24-19 overall and 9-5 in the WIAC, tying for third in the league standings. 

A native of La Crosse, Baldwin graduated from Central High School in 2014. She was a four-year letter winner at UW-La Crosse from 2015-18, earning All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) honors all four seasons. Baldwin was named to the 2016, 2017 and 2018 All-WIAC First Team and to the 2015 honorable mention team. 

She was also voted to the 2017 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Region Second Team. 

Named the 2018 WIAC Judy Kruckman Scholar-Athlete, she earned her bachelor's degree from UWL in recreation management in 2018. 

Baldwin is UWL's career leader in stolen bases (76) while ranking sixth in career runs (110) and tied for seventh in hits (173). She also holds the single-season school record for stolen bases (35 in 2017). Baldwin was a career .367 hitter.
