Orlando, Fla. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's tennis team improved to 13-3 on the season with a 8-1 victory over UW-Superior Tuesday afternoon at the United States Tennis Association (USTA) National Campus. The Yellowjackets drop to 6-7.

UWL has won seven of its last eight matches. 

Tasha Bailey (No. 1), Lauren Lindow (No. 2), Hannah Cady (No. 3), Kate Townsend (No. 4), Emma Heinert (No. 5) and Avery Nicholson (No. 6) swept the singles matches in straight sets. Lindow/Maia Samuelson (No. 2) and Emma Kappel/Izabelle Brinkman (No. 3) earned doubles wins.
